In this evaluation the dentist will check your entire mouth with his manual instruments, intraoral camera & digital X-ray sensor.

In order to be able to show you on a large screen if you have any dental problem and explain what the problem consists of and thus carry out a clear and understandable diagnosis.

Once a dental problem is detected, the dentist will make a treatment plan according to your needs and possibilities and you decide if you want to start immediately or think about it for later.

Virtual Oral Examination:

In this modality the dentist can make an oral evaluation with x-ray photos and if necessary 1 3D x-ray (tomography)

You can do this at any local dental office, you have to request your X-rays in digital format, send it to the following email

info@amigodentalclilnic.com

In this way, the dentist or specialist will be able to make a complete evaluation of your current condition and develop a treatment plan according to your needs and possibilities.

You decide if you want to start with the treatment or think about it for later.

IMPLANTS :

Implant Crowns
The dental implant is a medical device designed to replace the missing root and keep the artificial tooth in place. It usually has a threaded shape and is made of biocompatible materials that do not produce a rejection reaction and allow its integration into the bone.

We have 3 types of implant crowns

  • Porcelain Fused To Metal

  • Implant Crown & Abutment

  • Zirconia Implant Crown & Abutment

All on 4 Implant Supported Dentures:
All On 4 is a dental implant technique where the upper or lower set of teeth are replaced with just four implants. These four Implants act as a support mechanism for the placement of a new set of fixed teeth.

All on Six Full Arch
The All-On-6 Dental Implant procedure creates a permanent prosthesis by using six dental implants. It acts as anchors for a bridge or over-denture. Six implants are positioned in the lower or upper jawbone to anchor prosthetic teeth in place permanently.

Snap On Denture
Whereas traditional dentures rest on the gum line, Snap-On dentures stay in place through Dental Implants. These implants are like posts, surgically placed into the jaw at specific areas to support the dentures, which are “snapped” into place using the posts.

GENERAL

Dental Cleaning:

Where as traditional Dental Cleanings are carried out periodically in the dentist's office and are more than a healthy habit, its necessity when it comes to maintaining dental health in an optimal state. Even when good oral hygiene is practiced, the accumulation of bacterial plaque and tartar in the gum line or neck of the teeth is almost inevitable.

In fact, dental cleaning is the best way to prevent the onset of periodontal disease (gingivitis and periodontitis) and, as a consequence, avoid tooth loss due to this cause.

Dentists recommend having your teeth cleaned by a professional at least twice a year.

Closed Deep Cleaning:
A Deep cleaning involves gum scaling and root planning

During the root planning visit, your dentist removes plaque and tarter that forms on the roots of your teeth. This helps reduce the size of the space between your teeth and gums, helping your gums reattach to the teeth.

Open Deep Cleaning
Open Deep Cleaning involves gum scaling & root planning to ,but requires a surgical flap to separate the gum from the teeth and clean as deep as needed.

Dental Crown:

The dental crown is a dental prosthesis made to measure for each specific patient. They are like small caps that allow us to completely cover a tooth that has been damaged for various reasons.

This type of dental prosthesis is of very good quality, since it perfectly imitates natural teeth.

Dental crowns are placed on a tooth, in order to cover it and recover its shape, strength, size and improve its appearance.

We have three types of crowns.

  • Zirconia

  • Porcelain fused to metal

  • E-Max

Removable Dentures:
Full or complete dentures are removable devices that can be used to replace all missing teeth. The denture teeth are made of Composite or Acrylic and are attached using an acrylic base.

Removable Partials:
In this evaluation the dentist will check your entire mouth with his manual instruments, intraoral camera & digital X-ray sensor.

in order to be able to show you on a large screen if you have any dental problem and explain what the problem consists of and thus carry out a clear and understandable diagnosis.

Once a dental problem is detected, the dentist will make a treatment plan according to your needs and possibilities and you decide if you want to start immediately or think about it for later.

Dental Fillings:
Dental fillings are single or combinations of metals, plastics or composite used to repair or restore teeth.

One of the most popular uses of fillings is to “fill” an area of tooth that your dentist has removed due to decay or a cavity. Fillings are also used to repair cracked or broken teeth and teeth that have been worn down from misuse (such as from nail-biting or tooth grinding).

SURGERIES

Root Canal (Endodontic Therapy):

Root canal treatment (endodontics) is a dental procedure used to treat infection at the center of a tooth.

The infection at the center of a tooth (the root canal) is caused by bacteria that live in the mouth and invade the tooth.

This can happen after:

  • Tooth decay

  • Leaky fillings

  • Damage to teeth as a result of trauma, such as a fall

How is it done?

The bacteria is removed with special rotating instruments
the root canals get cleaned , filled and the tooth sealed
with a filling or crown.

In most cases the inflamed tissue near the tooth will heal naturally.

Root Canal-Retreatment Therapy:
A modern root canal retreatment is very similar to a routine filling and can usually be completed in one or two appointments, depending on the condition of your tooth and your personal circumstances. Getting a root canal retreatment therapy is relatively painless and extremely effective. You’ll be back to smiling, biting and chewing with ease in no time.

Endodontic Evaluation:

An endodontic evaluation will examine the tooth roots and pulp where the nerve of the tooth is located.

If there is damage to the tooth, it must be examined to determine whether or not endodontic treatment is needed, such as a root canal or non-vital pulp therapy, is required.

Metallic Post & Core Buildup:

Post and core is a dental restoration treatment that's sometimes performed after a root canal. When a significant portion of a tooth's structure is removed, a post and core can help keep a dental crown in place.

Surgical Extraction
Surgical tooth extraction is a procedure that's used for removing a tooth which consists of additional surgical steps that are not required during the routine extractions. During the surgical extraction, the dentist makes an incision on a section of the gum tissue.

Regular Extraction:
The Regular Extraction of a tooth is a procedure that, using appropriate techniques and instruments, removes the bone bed that houses the tooth, thus extracting the teeth from their alveoli with the least possible trauma.

Crown Lengthening:

Crown lengthening is an oral surgery treatment that involves removing excess gum tissue, and possibly some bone, around the upper teeth to make them look longer.
